CARBON DIOXIDE (CO2)

Portable Units (NDIR)

GD-888 Series - Ranges of 0-10,000 ppm (1%), 0-10% Volume, or 0-100% Volume - AC/DC units available to monitor Carbon Dioxide with a backlit LCD display, built-in air pump, push button controls, adjustable alarm, recorder output, and a battery charger that is also the continuous AC power supply. The rechargeable batteries allow up to eight hours between charges. The optional datalogger can store up to 1,000 readings along with time and date using easy WindowsTM software.

TRIPLE PLUS + - Range of 0-5% Volume (Infrared Technology) - Multi-gas unit that simultaneously monitors, displays, and alarms for one to four gases with many different interchangeable, 'smart' electrochemical and Infrared sensors available. These units are housed in an ultra durable case that is virtually unbreakable, highly water resistant, dust proof, and RF resistant. This is the only unit that would float if dropped accidentally in water! The large digital display with backlight shows the levels of the gases and the push button menu for the advanced microprocessor's features which is password protected. There is the option of a built-in air pump, internal datalogger, and more.

TETRA - Range of 0-5% Volume (Infrared Technology) - These new, portable multi-gas monitors are offered for several different gas sensor configurations with advanced features at a very low price. One large button is used for easy operation with an auto zero self check function when switched on. All units come standard with a large LCD backlight display, internal datalogger, built-in air pump (or diffusion option), internal vibrating alarm, rechargeable Li-ion battery pack and charger (or optional Alkaline battery pack). Optional software package allows for full configuration control, user calibration, and access to the Event log file.

GASMAN - Range of 0-5% Volume (Infrared Technology) - These single gas, personal size monitors replaced the original Gasman (1991-2000) and Gasman II (2000-2009) units. This version is the lightest and lowest cost but is also the most advanced, flexible, durable, and compact! Each unit offers easy one button operation, a large backlit digital display, peak hold, IP65 & IP67 water and dust protection, with multiple levels of built-in audio, visual, and vibrating alarms including TWA in toxic versions. Replaceable batteries last up to two years in oxygen and toxic versions. Rechargeable batteries and a charger are used for combustible versions. There is no built-in air pump but each unit comes standard with a flow cap and internal event logging with optional communication software.

SB1000 & SB2000 - Ranges of 0-2000 ppm to 0-100% Volume - The new SB1000 & SB2000 are low cost, self-contained portable and wall mounted analyzers that utilize single beam infrared technology to provide high selectivity, excellent sensitivity, and repeatability. One optional internal electrochemical sensor for Oxygen, Hydrogen Sulfide, or another toxic gas in PPM levels can also be installed in any unit. These single gas analyzers then become dual gas analyzers. The resolution and accuracy is about 1% resolution of full scale for any of the sensors in these analyzers.

  

Wall Mounted Units (NDIR)

CEA 288 - Ranges of 0-2000 ppm to 0-100% Volume - Wall mounted, industrial strength Carbon Dioxide analyzers contained in a NEMA 4X enclosure with digital display. Standard ranges are 0-10,000 (0-1%), 0-10% and 0-100%. Available ranges also include 0-2000 ppm, 0-5000 ppm, 0-2%, 0-5%, 0-20%, 0-50% and others. The sample gas is continuously drawn into the unit through a built-in air pump. An external hydrophobic filter is provided. The unit has 0-1 VDC and 4-20 mA linear outputs, as well as user adjustable alarm with accompanying contact relay.

CEA 144 - Ranges of 0-2000 ppm to 0-100% Volume - Wall mounted, affordable Carbon Dioxide monitors that weigh under 2 pounds and are contained in a steel enclosure. All units are equipped with digital display and both 0-1 VDC and 4-20 mA outputs. Standard ranges of 0-2000 ppm, 0-5000 ppm, 0-1%, 0-2%, 0-5%, 0-10%, and 0-100% are available as well as an optional relay contact. This unit requires calibration only once a year and was designed for industrial and commercial applications that require reliable performance in a rugged package at a competitive price. With its broad range of input voltages and low power consumption, this flexible monitor is easily incorporated into a broad range of applications. These units are standard for diffusion monitoring but are available as a flow through version.

MGA 3000 - Ranges of 0-10 ppm to 0-100% Volume - Single or multiple gas analyzers that use advanced Infrared and several other field proven technologies to analyze up to four gases at once. These units with built-in air pumps can be used in hostile or friendly environments. The option to upgrade at a later time protects your initial investment. A robust, attractive, compact 3U rack mount enclosure houses the unit with an optional bench case available for non-rack mounted applications. Many different gases from low ppm to 100% Volume levels can be analyzed and monitored
